My Uncle, Taddeus Parker was the pilot of the Pochahantas B-24. My nephew, L. Alex Parker met Thomas in Las Vegas last year, discussing his memories. Let me tell you, that without men like Thomas, and my Uncle Ted, we may well be speaking German as a national language. My thoughts and prayers are with the family @ this time. Be assured that Tom's last flight was just as smooth as the many over France, so many long years past. I'd like to be at that reunion in heaven, with comrades in arms reunited in peace.

Tom Norman my grandpa,
I know that you and I were not that close but I have very found memories of the time I spent with you and Busha. You taught me the love of baseball, catching fish running back with the fish on my pole. You embraced my tomboy way and encouraged me in everything that I did. You were a wonderful grandpa and friend. May you rest in peace and don't let Busha close to the BLEACH.... I still have nightmares of bleach.
Rest in Peace my grandpa,
Love,
Stephanie

Uncle Tom,
I still remember when you and Aunt Flo took us to Wisconsin and to my first Red Wings Game in the 70"s at Olympia. I remember we joked about one of the Bergman's
bald spots, and you called it a "crow' nest".
I know you and Aunt Flo faced many things together through the years and deserve the eternal rest and perpetual life you will receive.
Love your nephew,
Mark

Dear Uncle Tom
You will be dearly missed. Im so glad we got to visit this spring. I got to hear more world war II tales, we walked around the block, planted your tomatoes, had a beer and almost hit that "dumbell" in the middle of the road at the national parkland.
Stan and I always talk about our trip to Wright Patterson Air Force Base with you when you showed us the bombsight that used to be top secret during the war. I also remember our trip to Willow Run Air Force Museum and our forays to local pubs in Hamtramck!
You and Aunt Florence were/are a great part of my life. Thank You
Love
Tom (staying off of your grass!) Pytel

Uncle Tom, it is with great sadness that I have write this message.
You will be missed so much by many family members and friends.
I have such fond memories of you as I was growing up. My mom and I getting together with you and grandpa Norman to watch the "Miss America" pageant.
I remember the barbecues at our house, boy did that man love his corn on the cob.
We were all so happy for him when he met the future Mrs. Norman. They both deserved all the happiness in the world.
It gives me some peace now knowing that he is with Aunt Florence, his parents, sisters and brothers in law.
Love, your niece Sherri
