Obituary of Thomas Robert Burger

Thomas Robert Burger, 64, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. Tommy was born October 29, 1949 in Santiago, Chile to the late Emerico and the late Violeta (Fogl) Burger. At 18 he fought in the Israeli army. He lived around the world and spoke 8 languages. Tommy was a man of many and varied interests. He enjoyed model trains, orchestra music, fixing electronics, fixing cars and travel. He also had a passion for flying, which he enjoyed as a pilot. Tommy was a people's person. He was charismatic and funny, always trying to please others. He is survived by his wife Elsa Burger; children Daniel, Carlos, Gabriela and Stefanie; and grandchildren Christopher, Laila, Jancarlo, Aldo and Enzo. Services were private. .
