Obituary of Michael Melvin Sharp

Michael Melvin Sharp, 55, of Las Vegas, passed away August 29, 2014. Michael was born December 27, 1958 on the US Naval base in Morocco to Maurice and Marie Sharp. They moved to Las Vegas in 1965 and Michael graduated from Las Vegas High, then Cal. State Hayward. He was a Captain in the US Air Force, serving as a Navigator on B52's.Michael enjoyed film making and his cats. He is survived by his parents Maurice and Marie Sharp; brother Gary (Susan) Sharp; nephews and niece Bryan, David and Marianne; and many cousins. A funeral will be held at 1:20 PM on Monday, September 8, 2014, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV. Contributions in Michael's memory may be made to Temple Beth Sholom. .
