Obituary of Bertha Masako Kasai

Bertha Kasai, 88, beloved and cherished Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Friend and cherished companion passed away peacefully at her home in Nevada on August 17th surrounded by loved ones. Bertha was born in Green River, Wyoming and spent most of her life in Salt Lake City, Utah. After relocating to Nevada, Bertha volunteered at the JACL, joined a craft group, bowling league, and played cards making many friends. Bertha is survived by cherished companion, Wayne, daughter Diane and her family, son Ronald and his family and sisters Mary, Alice and Betty. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the Japanese Church of Christ in Salt Lake City, Utah at 11:00 a.m.
