Obituary of Eva Turken

Eva Turken, 89, of Las Vegas, passed away August 2, 2014, surrounded by a loving family. Eva was born February 25, 1925 in Windsor, Ontario Canada to the late Philip and the late Esther Perlmutter. She retired in 1989 from work as a PBX operator and front office staff at manufacturing companies. Eva was very involved in a number of groups in Sun City Summerlin including Bet Knesset Bamidbar, the Jewish Friendship Club and the Jewish War Veteran's Post 21 Women's Auxiliary. Eva is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Ed Turken; sons Jack Turken of Las Vegas and Todd Turken of Los Angeles; granddaughter Emma Turken of Los Angeles; and brother Isadore (Marian) Perlmutter of Los Angeles. A funeral service will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Lakeside Events Center, 2620 Regatta Drive, Las Vegas, NV, 89128.
