Cathy: We, too, will never forget how Connie welcomed our family into her fold. Even to this day my children call her Grandma Connie, and you Aunt Cathy. She was such an important part of their growing years and the love she gave to them went beyond words. She told me one time that to hear the "children" call her Grandma made her feel so blessed. We will miss her forever and thank God for bringing her into our lives.
We are thankful to St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, for our Matriarch, for bringing all of our families together, and blessing us with the love we have for each other.

Dear Cathy,
Sam, Frances and I cannot be more thankful that we had the honor to have your mom in our lives. I will never forget how she embraced us as part of her family. From calling my daughter her grandchild and to allow Sam and I to call her mom. From the first day I told her I was pregnant (which was on St. Joseph Day) she held my hand and said "your child is a blessing and will be part of my family." I loved how she embraced every St. Joseph Day celebration and eye for detail. Cathy you will always be a sister to me and I promise we will always be here for you. May you and your family hold the memories of your mother close at hand. She is in peace now and I am sure your dad has welcomed her to his arms. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Love to you and God Bless
Janice, Sam and Frances

Dear Cathy and Family:
My thoughts and prayers are with you in a special way as you grieve the passing of your beloved mom. But in a very real way I give thanks to God that she has returned to the God she loved and served on earth and she was greeted in heaven by the 'love of her life', her beloved Don. I know what he said when he saw her "Mama, welcome home, I love you!"
I am so very thankful that your Mom and Dad and you Cathy were founding members of St. Joseph, Husband of Mary parish, I will never forget the impact your family had and the goodness they brought to our parish family--I will never forget them!
I will offer a special Mass for their intention at my VA chapel.
Love & Prayers,
Fr. Joe Anthony
