Obituary of Marvin Bernard Feldgreber

Marvin Bernard Feldgreber, 79, an 11 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away April 2, 2014. Marvin was born February 12, 1935 in Chicago, IL to the late Morris and the late Rose (Gurvitz) Feldgreber. He served in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves. Marvin grew up in Chicago, then moved to Northridge CA in 1982, followed by a move to Las Vegas in 2003. He owned a furniture store and night clubs and held various sales positions. Marvin loved his dogs, painting, cooking and music. He was a member of Temple BKB, the Chicago Midwest Club and the Jewish Friendship Club. He was very involved with the Men's Club in Anshe Shalom in Illinois, making all of their breakfasts. Marvin had a one of a kind sense of humor, everyone who met him remembered him for his famous one liners and he kept everyone entertained even when the jokes where on himself. He was kind, and loving to all. Marvin is survived by his wife of 54 years, Myra Feldgreber; children Bonnie (Peter) Feldman of Overland Park KS and Mark Feldgreber of Las Vegas; granddaughter Rayna Feldgreber of Las Vegas; and brother Benjamin Feldgreber of Chicago. A funeral service will be held at King David Memorial Chapel 2697 E. Eldorado Ln., Las Vegas at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 6. Contributions in Marvin's memory may be made to the ASPCA, the Diabetes Association or the Lung Association. .
