Obituary of Pierre Henri Bouyer

Pierre Henri Bouyer, age 65, a 16 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013. Pierre was born September 3, 1948 in Western Africa, Guinea to the late Jean and the late Jeanne (Vivier) Bouyer. He managed restaurants in a number of cities, most recently for the Charlie Palmer Group, Drai's and Treasure Island, in Las Vegas. Pierre is survived by his wife, Elayne Bouyer of Las Vegas; brothers Henri Bouyer of Nice France and Bernard Bouyer of Paris France; and a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins.
