Obituary of Bryna Esther Barsky

Bryna Esther Barsky, age 82, of Las Vegas, peacefully passed away Saturday with her family at her bedside, August 3, 2013. Bryna was born January 30, 1931 in Pittsburgh PA to the late Abraham Sidney and the late Reba (Festoff) Komito. Bryna was Executive Director of a drug and alcohol treatment center. She was also a very committed volunteer, primarily with Hadassah and Brandeis National Committee. Bryna is survived by her husband Donald Barsky; children Mark Nadler of Allentown PA, William Nadler of Las Vegas, Larry Nadler of Las Vegas, Michael (Mary) Barsky of Alpharetta GA and Paul (Rima) Barsky of San Diego; and grandchildren Sydney and Asher Nadler, and Claire, Abby, and Alice Barsky. The funeral will be held at 10:40 AM on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veteran's Memorial Dr., Boulder City, NV. Contributions in Bryna's memory may be made to Brandeis National Committee or Hadassah.
