Obituary of Robert Stanley Vex

Robert Stanley Vex, 76, of Las Vegas, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Robert was born August 24, 1943 in Brooklyn NY to the late Philip and the late Sarah Vex. Robert earned his degree from Brooklyn College and worked as a physical education teacher for children with special needs in New York City. He played basketball in college and throughout his life, enjoyed playing and watching basketball and watching football. He was married to Susan Vex twice, the first time in the early 70s, and again on New Years Eve 1997. Robert retired early and moved to Las Vegas in 1998 and spent many days trying every buffet in the city that he could. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery, Las Vegas, NV Robert is survived by his daughter Emelie Parent. He is predeceased by wife Susan Vex and his brother Harold Vex. .
