Obituary of David Gaston Robert Costa

Dr. David Gaston Robert Costa, 92, of Las Vegas and Scottsdale, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Robert was born September 8, 1926 in Tunisia to the late Victor and the late Valentine Costa. When Jews were expelled from Tunisia in the 1950's, Robert brought his entire family to Paris. He was an oral surgeon with a practice in Paris for 45 years. He met his wife, Sandra, when visiting friends in Scottsdale. Together, they lived in Paris and Scottsdale, before moving to Las Vegas. Robert was a world traveler and a true bon vivant. . He loved the beach, his Corvette and listening to music. He was also a strong Zionist. Everyone who met him, loved him. Robert is survived by his wife Sandra Costa. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dr. Costa's memory may be directed to the Jewish National Fund, www.jnf.org.
