Obituary of Francine Marie Saint Victor

Francine Saint Victor, 95, of Henderson, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018, she was born on June 4, 1923 in Cap Haitian, Haiti to the late Joseph Cassendo and the late Philomen Joseph. She is survived by her children, Raynold, Fredrich, Kettly, Roger, Rodrich, Menelick, and Karole Saint Victor; her sister Anais Telfort, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends. Aside from her parents, Francine was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Saint Victor; her siblings, Francois Cassendo, Robert Cassendo, Josette Andre, and Ivonne Cassendo. Francine finished high school and upon completion obtained several certificates. Before retiring, she worked as a Home Health Aid and she was a talented seamstress. She was a devout Christian and travelled internationally, lived abroad in Europe, Paris, Belgium, and Africa. She loved music and dancing in her earlier years. She was also a fashionista. She had a giving heart and would put money aside to give to anyone who needed. She had an uncanny sense of humor, and had the ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. She was known for her delicious cooking, especially her "bouillon". She would always have food prepared and readily available for those who visited her. She has left a mark in all of our hearts. Her love was unsurpassing. She will be fondly remembered, and never forgotten.
