Obituary of Sara Lokumal

Sara Cobb Perez Lokumal died unexpectedly early Friday morning, June 16,2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sara was born in NYC on January 4, 1946. She was educated in New York and Manila. She is survived by her husband, Gop Lokumal of Manila, and her twin sons Sunil and Satesh of Anaheim, CA.  Sara leaves behind the following heartbroken siblings: oldest sister Lorna Perez – Laurel of Manila; only brother Marcelo and Older sister Goya Perez jones who both live in the San Francisco Bay area; twin sister Paula of Las Vegas; and youngest sister Fatima Perez Leijssius of Spring Valley, New York.  Sara was happiest in the company of her family, living in her beautiful homes in Manila, New York and Las Vegas.  She loved classical music, opera in particular; and she was crazy about all the many Pugs that passed in and out of her life.  Our beloved Sara leaves a hole in our lives that can never be filled, we will miss her always.  Visitation will be held at Kraft Sussman Funeral Services located at 3975 S Durango Dr., Las Vegas on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 2-5pm.  Services will be held at St Elizabeth Ann Seton, 1811 Pueblo Vista, Las Vegas on Weds., June 21, at 10:30am.

Burial will be at St. Anthony’s Church and Cemetery, Nanuet, New York at a later date.
