Obituary of Renee Gloria Gaffan

Renee Gloria Gaffan, age 81, a 22 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016. Renee was born June 26, 1935 in London England to the late Mark and the late Lottie (Goldinsky) Cats. Renee married Paul Donald Gaffan in 1956. She worked as a Human Relations Director and owned her own business, Mailboxes of New Mexico. She was very involved with the American Business Women's Association and served as President of her chapter in Albuquerque, NM. Most recently, Renee worked as an Ambassador for the Las Vegas Convention Center. Renee and Paul enjoyed traveling and went to Hong Kong, Cabo San Lucas and through 5 countries down the Rhine River. Renee is survived by her daughters Carol L. Gaffan of Alaska and Juliet E. Gaffan of New Mexico; granddaughters Nicole Hlad and Shannon Hlad. A funeral will be held at 10:40 am on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV. .
