Obituary of Harriet F Portnoff

Harriet Portnoff, 89, a 28 year resident of Henderson, NV passed away peacefully at her residence on May 11, 2016. Harriet was born October 12,1926 in Chicago, ILl to the late Harry and Sadie Warshawsky. She led a very meaningful and productive life and found much happiness during her 56 year marriage with her late husband, Isadore. She will be greatly missed by those who survive her; sons Howard (Amy) Portnoff of Henderson and Michael Portnoff of California; grandchildren Robyn Portnoff of Henderson and Geoff (Rochelle) Portnoff of Henderson; great grandchildren Zachary and Brooklynn Portnoff; sister Eileen Harband of San Carlos,CA;and many nieces and nephews. In addition, to her husband Isadore she was predeceased by her brother, Leonard Warshawsky. A funeral service will take place at 12:30 PM on Friday, May 13 at Congregation Shirat Shalom, 3037 E. Warm Springs Road, Suite 300, immediately followed by interment at King David Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Ln., Las Vegas, NV.
