Obituary of Ruth Rubenstein

Ruth Rubenstein, age 88, of Henderson, died Monday, April 4, 2016. Ruth was born July 10, 1927 in Milwaukee WI to the late David "George" and the late Anna (Kaufman) Arnowitz. She attended Washington High School in Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She met Sidney Rubenstein while working together at UCLA in 1957 and married in 1958. Ruth spoke fluent Yiddish. She is survived by her sons Scott Rubenstein and David Rubenstein of Henderson NV. She is predeceased by her husband Sidney Rubenstein and brothers Lew, Ben and Max Arnowitz. The funeral will be held 10:40 am on Monday, April 18, 2016 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV.
