Obituary of Robert Irwin Axelrod

Robert Irwin Axelrod, age 63, of Las Vegas, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Robert was born August 1, 1949 in New York, NY to the late Joseph and the late Adele (Yablonsky) Axelrod. He moved to Las Vegas when he was 18 to attend UNLV, loved Las Vegas and stayed 45 years. Robby worked in the gaming industry. He loved animals. Robert is survived by his cousins Gary Silverstein of Los Angeles and Michael Silverstein of Port Washington, NY best friend, JoAnn Sands; and many old friends. A graveside service will take place at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 12 at Bunker's Memory Gardens Cemetery, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
