Obituary of Gloria Ornstein

Gloria Ornstein, age 73, an 11 year resident of Las Vegas, NV and formerly of Agoura, CA, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013. Gloria was born July 2, 1939 in Brooklyn NY to the late Morris and the late Freida (Bisger) Singer. She worked as a cafeteria cook for the LA schools while her children were growing up. Gloria enjoyed entertaining and cooking. She also enjoyed playing Mah Jong and Canasta, and loved to play and watch tennis. Gloria is survived by her husband Jack Ornstein, married for 53 years. Children Karen (Mitchell) Bloom of Holly Springs, NC, Mark Ornstein of Las Vegas and Jason (Heather) Ornstein of Golden, CO; and grandchildren, Nikole Ornstein (22yrs), Joshua Bloom (13yrs), Kylee Ornstein (9yrs), and Lexi Ornstein (7yrs), Contributions in Gloria's honor may be made to a Cancer Organization of the donor's choice. A funeral service was held at 9:00 AM at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S.
