Obituary of Robert Alan Dickinson

Robert Alan Dickinson, Sr, age 70, of Las Vegas died Saturday, December 5, 2009. Robert was born October 31, 1939 in Bronx, NY. He is the son of the late William and the late Doris (Livingston) Dickinson. After serving almost 8 years in the US Air Force, Robert had a long career as a private school administrator. Some of his special loves include his family, golfing and playing poker, blackjack and word games. He even tried out to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune. Robert was also a volunteer at the school of his beloved daughter, Alexis. Robert is survived by his wife Michele Dickinson; daughters: Cheryl Anne Carlson of Chandler, AZ, Suzanne Dickinson of CA, Angela Laurentine Dickinson of Reston, VA, Stephanie Jo Chapman of Ashburne, VA, Alexis Nicole Dickinson of Las Vegas, NV; son, Robert Alan Jr. of Silver Spring, MD; sister,Carole Vahey of Glen Oaks, NY and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, #104, Las Vegas, NV 89147.
