Obituary of Sandra Krevolin

Sandra Lee (Goldberg) Krevolin who was a resident of Las Vegas for less than a year, died in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 14 at the age of 81. She is survived by her daughter Roree M. Warnke and her son in law Matthew C. Warnke (New Hampshire), her son Andrew J. Krevolin and her grandson Jack S. Krevolin (Mississippi), her sister Judi Forstadt (Nevada) and her niece and nephews.

 

A second generation American, Sandra was born on July 17th, 1941 in Waterbury, CT. She received her Bachelors from Southern Connecticut State College. Sandra married the love of her life Harold L. Krevolin on December 22nd 1963 in Waterbury, CT. They spent most of their marriage in Old Greenwich, CT and retired to Port Saint Lucie, FL.

 

Sandra was an elementary school teacher in New Jersey and taught most of her career in Connecticut in the New Haven, Stamford and Greenwich Public Schools systems. She brought more than just the curriculum to her students who loved being in her class. While living in Old Greenwich she loved baking and spending her summers off at Todd’s Point. Sandra loved food (especially pasta) and cooking. She enjoyed reading and was known to read more than one book in a day. Sandra enjoyed listening to Frank Sinatra who she simply called “Frank”and most of all, enjoyed spending time with her family. She is remembered most for the unconditional love she showered on her family.
