Obituary of Joan Hale

Joan Lipman Hale, 87 passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday August 30, 2022 after numerous health issues. Joan was born in Albany, New York. She graduated from St. Petersburg High School in Florida in 1953 before attending Nurses in training in Baltimore, Maryland. It was in Baltimore that she met the love of her life Jack Hale. They married in 1954 and lived in Flint, Michigan. Joan worked as a nurse until she retired. She loved life, her children and grandchild, traveling, cruise ships, playing the slots and fishing. Joan is preceded in death by her parents; Julius and Edna Lipman, her husband Jack, brother Peter, and many of her friends. She is survived by her daughter Lorraine of Las Vegas who was her care taker for many years. The son of Jack Jr. of Texas, her only grandchild Andrew, whom she loved and was extremely proud of, sister in law Elaine and numerous nieces and nephews Joan will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many.
