I was fortunate to meet David on Tim's first day of work at Southwest Gas. David was waiting for Tim in the car, and as soon as I walked outside, he got out of the car to greet me with a big smile and a warm hug. I was both surprised and delighted! I'd never before had such a greeting from a new employee's spouse, and he instantly won my heart. It was like we were already old friends.
David is very special, and I feel blessed to have known him, even for such a short while.
May the peace of God provide comfort to his family and many friends during this time.
Blessings,
Frederica Harvey

I would like to express my deepest condolences to Tim and David’s siblings. David was a dear friend and I will cherish my memories of him and the amazingly fun times we shared at work.

I am so lucky to have called you brother for close to 53 years. Thank you for walking me down the aisle, when Dad couldn't. For taking care of Mom during her final years. For being the best big brother to all of the Tinkham kids. For decades of good advice, based on all the experiences in life you had. You were a walking miracle for the last 30 years, and I was always so proud of all you accomplished. I will miss your laugh. The way you would tip your head back and howl when something was so funny. Or so wrong...let's be honest. You carried a vibration that just made everybody who ever met you adore you. Nobody really knows what happens when we pass, but one thing I truly believe does happen, is you get to experience the feelings you gave to other people. When you crossed, I sure hope that you got to experience the way you made everyone else feel. Your passing will take a while to settle in and you took a little piece of all who loved you so much with you when you left. None of us who loved you will ever see the world with the same amount of glitter. I love you so much and look forward to seeing you again. Keep sending the signs that you're okay...they give us all a lot of peace. PS: I'm sorry for all the change I stole off your dresser when I was a kid.
