I still don’t know what to say here.. It sucks because I want to call you to tell you a funny thing the boys did, or invite you over for dinner, and then I remember you won’t answer. As much as I am going to miss you, it really hurts that my two littlest will not remember how much “Uncle Scott” loved them.. My oldest was your little buddy until he grew just as tall as you. From Seaworld trips, family get-togethers, playing video games or going shooting in the desert, you were there and it meant a lot to him. My middle is too little to remember, but I thankfully have a video of you showing him how to put his finger in the hose so it sprays all over (yes, thank you for teaching him that). Then there is the baby, who would always put his arms up in the air for you to hold him (he barely does that for me). Your nephews adored you and I know you loved them. I am thankful that we got to spend almost every weekend with you this last year. Miss you cousin.

I was a teacher and friend of Scott’s when he was in high school in southwest Missouri. He stayed with and travelled with my family to family gatherings. He was a wonderful addition to our family. He was a bright and delightful young man. I am sure that he will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear the news about Scott's passing he was a stand up guy and had a great personality he was a friend of ours and he will be missed horribly. I bought a lot of vehicles from him and we spent time together he also watched my house from time to time. I remember when he called me stressed out cause he thought that he killed my fish while watching my house we always laughed about that. We will keep the family in our prayers and rest in peace my brother.

Scott will always be remembered by our family as Uncle Skat… He was a wonderful person through and through. We all loved and cared about him and miss him very much. We will forever cherish the time we spent with him and the memories that we made. May you rest peacefully Uncle Skat until we are able to meet again.

I had the amazing opportunity to work alongside Scott here in Vegas. He always had an answer to a question, he always stood up for the right thing, and always knew how to make light of a situation. He always offered to lend a hand when you needed it the most. I will forever remember I was down in the dumps and he offered to spot me money to get me by until I could pay him back. I only knew him for 2 weeks at the time but he trusted me. You can’t find that anywhere, other than Scott. I also had the ability to really see what his hobbies were, like shooting guns, playing video games. We went out shooting and played matches of Call of Duty to where he didn’t even know how to parachute. Or to playing Forza on Arcade missions. His laugh was a laugh that was infectious and could fill a room. Scott played a big role in me learning the ropes in the car industry and I am ever grateful to be able to work along side Scott. Gone too soon, but at peace. See you on the track. Miss you man ❤️

I worked with Scott for about a year in the car industry on the central coast. I remember him for his kindness, his way with words, his empathy and most importantly his consistency. He had such a wealth of knowledge that he was always willing to share to help others. Many interesting and funny stories as well. We shared a lot of good laughs and fun video game experiences during the down time at work that I will forever be grateful for. He always knew the right thing to say to bring me up, even when it felt like the world was turning against me Scott was always there with the right things to say to keep me on my way. Honestly if it weren’t for his consistent kindness and compassion I probably wouldn’t have stayed there as long as I did. Thank you Scott for the memories and I just hope you’re in a better place.

Scott was my mentor at Paso Robles Ford for 2 years he was one of the only people who believed in me when I started. I learned so much about car sales from him. He was the type of guy to buy you food when you were hungry without even asking. He would bring me little gifts just to show he cared. I have spoken with him several times since he moved to Vegas and he had finally found his place. He seemed so much happier and enthusiastic about life. Always taught me to keep my head up when life brings you down. I will never forget his unique personality, the random South Park and bob and Tom references, his encouragement, and his infectious laughter that could fill a room. He would’ve given the shirt off his back to any genuine person. I am lucky to have had him as a friend

Scott, you were so very Vibrant and Fun! I’m thankful to have known you, even though our acquaintance, like your life, was cut short. We have too many conversations left unfinished: crypto currency, the economy, cars, and Dungeons & Dragons. I wonder if you ever got your new home set up the way you wanted it. Thank you for paying for that family birthday dinner; I feel very honored and lucky to have sat next to you that night. I will remember your helpfulness and kindness and use that to guide me, and I hope to be a better person for having known you.
