I learned today of my dear friend Murray's passing. We so much enjoyed our conversations about music. He always had a front row seat when I would bring musicians from my Foundation to play at Las Ventanas. It was a great gift when on January 24, 2019 Murry presented me with the violin he had owned for fifty years so it could be given to a deserving student. That student today is playing beautifully which is proof positive that his music will continue to play on. Rest well, my friend. You are deeply missed.
