Dear cousin Bobbie, you will be deeply missed, but I’m forever grateful for all the fond memories we had growing up. From the family gatherings, playing drop the clothespin in the milk bottle with our knobby knees, eating family dinners- fruit jello molds, grandma’s homemade rolls, and teriyaki chicken, to the hand -crafted birthday cakes our mom’s would make and try to outdo each other, and Christmas crafting with you mom, my Aunt Louise.
Thank you for keeping in touch as we got older. You always called on my birthday and I’d call you 23 days later on yours. You’d fill me in on your kids and grandkids, then want to know what was happening with mine and my second graders. I will miss those calls.
Thank you to Jennifer’s FB friendship and for keeping me informed and thank you to Cindy your gem of a sister for also keeping me in the loop and for helping with our last phone call together. Rest In Peace sweet Bobbie.
