To: Elaine, Stefany and Amy
Your Husband and father will be truly missed by me. He was my first LPO and the best LPO I had in Navy. He always treated his troops fairly and with respect. He was a honest and professional. He believe in working hard and playing hard later. It is with much pride that I was one of the sailors with him that broke that record at HEH in offloading those cargo vans.
He was the offensive coach for the Supply Department flag football Championship team at Harold E. Holt in (1982 or 83 been so long not sure). CDR Ostrom was the defensive coach.
He was a good friend and a mentor to me, I will always remember the things he taught me about the Navy, and in life in general.
Love you my brother and shipmate. RIP
