Mike and I were good friends during my time at diamond. He was a person who was empathetic. He could see into your soul. He loved making people laugh especially when they weren’t feeling okay. He was the person I went to for life advice when my relationship was falling apart. I could talk with him about everything. He had a sense of adventure that was beyond. He once told me he had no regrets and to which I said none he said none. Sometimes I still wish I had his advice and his guidance and there are times I ask myself what he would say. Through the roughest time in my life Mike was there. He was a friend to everybody. He never wanted to leave anyone out. He included everybody. He was the best trainer. Mike knew diamond and cared about the company as much as I did. I give my condolences to his family. I am so sorry for your loss. He was a good man. The world lost an incredible human, father; and co worker.
