Obituary of Jose Pagan, Sr.

Jose Pagan, Sr., 73, of Las Vegas, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at his home in Las Vegas. Jose was born December 28, 1947, in Puerto Rico. Jose was known in the Las Vegas area as "fast Freddie", for his work as a tradesman in wallpaper installation. He enjoyed fishing and boating at Lake Mead and hiking at Red Rock and Mount Charleston. He enjoyed classic cars and playing the harmonica. Jose is survived by his wife Iris Pagan; children Jose Pagan Jr, Fonda Pagan, Leslie Jones and Che Jones; grandchildren Joseph Pagan, Che Jones and Clemente Jones; and siblings Elba Pagan, Nereid Pagan, Agapita Pagan, Migdalia Pagan, Juan Bautista Pagan, Rafael Angel Pagan, Juana Pagan and Carmen Pagan. He is predeceased by his parents Alejandra Pagan Marrero and Agapito Pagan. A visitation will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, followed by a funeral at noon, both at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Burial will follow at Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery,7251 W. Lone Mountain Road, Las Vegas.
