Obituary of Jean L Wolfe

Jean L Wolfe, age 74, of Amherst NY, died Monday, September 24, 2012. Jean was born October 3, 1937 in Buffalo, NY, to the late Louis and the late Frances (Genovese) Battaglia. She worked as a beautician for about 20 years and later as an airport cashier. Her hobbies and interests included playing the piano, shopping, bible study, traveling, and gardening. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She believed in and generously supported many charitable organizations. She is survived by her three daughters Janet (Doug) Saltzman of Grand Island NY, Brenda Morrice of North Tonawanda NY and Karen Morrice (Doug Starczewski) of Las Vegas NV; sister Rose Marie Khubchandani of Boulder CO; grandchildren Nicholas and Jenna Saltzman, Gerald Combes and James and Andrew Sullivan, all of New York; aunts Sue Pagano of Silver Creek and Anne Pilato of Buffalo NY; nephews and niece Aram Karagoz of St. Louis MO and Armen Karagoz of Boulder CO and Sona Grovenstein of Colorado Springs CO; and brother-in-law Berch Karagoz of Grand Island NY. Jean is predeceased by her son-in-law Gene Combes and grandson Ryan Saltzman.
