Obituary of Mary Alice Armstrong

Mary Alice Armstrong, age 73, of Las Vegas, died Saturday, September 15, 2012. Mary was born July 3, 1939 in Rome, GA, to the late J.B and Mary Clemmie (Herrin) O'Neal. Mary Alice worked as a Financial Data Analyst for 15 years. Her hobbies and interests were golfing, traveling, dancing, cooking, good wine and food, and physical fitness. She had a great love for animals and birds. Mary Alice was part of the Women's Golf Club of Siena, and the Wine Tasters Club. Mary Alice is survived by her husband of 46 years, Fred Armstrong, Jr. of Las Vegas NV; son Fred (Lisa) Armstrong III of Beaverton OR; grandchildren: Dominique and Simon of Beaverton OR; brother-in-law James Armstrong of Boulder City NV; and is predeceased by her brother Bodie O'Neal. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in memory of Mary Alice be made to American Cancer Society.
