Obituary of Christina Llido Viado

Christina Viado, at 69 years old, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born Christina Natividad Sanchez Llido in General Santos City, Philippines on December 24, 1950 to parents Leon Abrea Llido and Felina Buendia Sanchez. Christina attended the University of Santo Tomas and Notre Dame of Dadiangas College where she studied Business Management. 

After college, she worked as a pioneering employee with Solid Bank in General Santos City. She was an entrepreneur in the Philippines, starting her own business called House of Ramie. She moved to the U.S. in 1984 where she worked as a store manager. She had lived in various cities including General Santos City, Cebu, and Manila in the Philippines, San Jose and Sacramento in California. Later spending the last 14 years in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoyed traveling to visit family and friends around California and nearby. She joined her daughter once on a cross-country trip across the U.S.

She is loved and remembered by her brother, 2 sisters, 2 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law, 20 nieces and nephews and countless friends. 

She is survived by her daughter, Joy Chrysyl Llido Solon in Boston, Massachusetts, and her husband, Ramon Soriano Viado, in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

In lieu of a memorial, a virtual memorial will be held on Dec 17, 2020 05:00 PM Pacific Time (US and Canada).
