Darrel Herbert Roloff was born June 23,1946 to parents Herbert and Phyllis Roloff in Grand Island, Nebraska. He is the second to youngest of six children. He worked for the Naval Air Station in Alameda, California and prior to retiring in 2009 he enjoyed his career as a Safety and Compliance Engineer.

On May 7, 1989 Darrel married his best friend and the love of his life Grace Roloff.  Darrel and Grace lived in Northern California for many years and then Darrel began his retirement in Honolulu Hawaii. After surviving a stroke Darrel and Grace decided to move closer to family settling in Las Vegas, NV.  Darrel was a character full of life. He loved his grandchildren who knew of him as the one and only expert turkey gobbler and ear wiggler and he loved his title of “ Granpo”

Darrel was an avid sports fan; Baseball fan of the Oakland A’s, basketball fan of the Golden State Warriors, and a devoted football fan of the Oakland Raiders. You name the sport, and he was enjoying each game. He loved a good game of golf whether he was watching or playing it.

With his family by his side, God peacefully called Darrel H. Roloff from life to eternity on November 21, 2020 at the age 74.
