Obituary of Barbara Violet Karol

Barbara Violet Karol, 79, of Las Vegas, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Barbara was born March 8, 1941 in the Bronx NY to the late Marion Jussen. She had a 45-year career as a cosmetologist, 15 of those years at the Orleans Beauty Salon. She was a member of Congregation Ner Tamid and was active in the Sisterhood and Jewish Moms Squad. Barbara enjoyed shopping and laughing with her friends for over 48 years, Karen & DeeDee, and traveling, theater and high tea with Kay Miller Browne for over 30 years. She is survived by her daughter Barbara-Ann Markus-Caffrey and her husband Kevin Caffrey, daughter Dawn R Judman and her husband Hayes Judman, son Evan Karol and his wife Barbara Karol; grandchildren Kristine Karol, David Karol, Diana Orpilla, and Hanna Madison Judman; and brother John Jussen. She is predeceased by her husbands Milton R Karol and Sidney B Rosenman. A memorial service will take place at 10 AM PST on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Kraft-Sussman Funeral & Cremation Services.
