It was with true sadness that that my wife Marile and I learned of Stu's passing. Our friendship started some 20 years ago...often walking the Los Prados loop of 2 miles weekly prior to our bowling league. Golfing was our passion weekly. Our typical greeting each with Hi Commander..his Navy rank....my positioYn as color corps commander for my Knights of Columbus council. We often referred to his Navy stories of 25 years.....my own AF stories of 21 years!! My own faith provides lighting a candle for the faithfully departed....for Stu it shall brightely burn as often as I attend Mass. Blessings to the Hess family.
