Obituary of Sanford Shindle

Sanford "Sandy" Shindle, age 84, of Las Vegas, died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at home. Sandy was born May 13, 1928 in Cleveland, OH. He is the son of the late Samuel and the late Ida (Unger) Shindle. He married Dee Koppelman on January 12, 1972. He served in the Air Force during World War II, and was employed as a clothing salesman. He is survived by his wife: Dee (Koppelman) Shindle; three children: Kim (Michael) Flynn, Denise Daxl, and Jeff Findle; and two grandchildren. Burial will take place on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 10:40 am at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Boulevard, in Boulder City, NV.
