Obituary of Marvin Oxenhorn

Marvin Oxenhorn passed away peacefully Monday morning, April 27, 2020, at age 86. He was born on February 18, 1934 in Brooklyn NY. Marvin's sense of humor is legendary and his compassion and love for his family and friends were the pillars of his life. Marvin proudly served as a flight mechanic in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He met his beloved wife, Joan, during this time. They were married October 16, 1960 and spent 58 wonderful years together. Marvin was preceded in death by Joan, who passed on September 30, 2018. Marvin is survived by his son Jeffrey and daughter Janelle. Janelle and her son Jack and daughter Jessica were always in Marvin's and Joan's thoughts and prayers. Marvin and Joan were unequalled in their love and support for their grandchildren. Jeffrey and his wife Kelly relocated to Las Vegas to be close to Joan and Marvin and will always cherish the extra special time spent with them. Marvin was loved and will be greatly missed by all his friends, relatives and countless cousins and friends across the country.
