Obituary of Howard Mitchell Glass

Howard Mitchell Glass, 76, of Las Vegas, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019. Howard was born February 9, 1943 in Brooklyn NY to the late Jack and the late Eleanor Glass. He worked over 32 years as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service. After moving to Las Vegas, Howard became involved with Temple Bet Knesset Bamidbar, the Sun City Jewish Friendship Club and the Sun City New York Club. He was a friendly man, making friends wherever he went, including the market, the bank and other stops along his daily trips. Howard is survived by his sons Brian Glass of Las Vegas and Eric Glass (Peter Qin) of Staten Island; and siblings Leonard (Penny) Glass and Karen Kaplan. He is predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Gail Glass. Services will be private.
