Obituary of Richard Anthony Carsello

Richard A. Carsello, 70, of Las Vegas, Nevada, entered into eternal life on May 11, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, New York. Richard was born on April 18, 1949, in Chicago Illinois, the son of Nancy (Smith) Khelm and Anthony Carsello. Richard was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, colleague, and friend to all who knew him. He was a kind and caring man who touched the lives of many. He enjoyed watching sports, particular the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. He loved boating and being out on the water with his family. Richard was a long-time resident of Las Vegas, NV. He built and managed several successful businesses in the lighting and electrical industry. He was preceded in eternal life by his grandparents; parents; and his son Richie. He is survived by his wife Peggy; his children Chelsea, Brandon, and Nicole; his sisters Susie and Jean; his half-siblings Christina and Michael; his grandchildren, Lucius and Elijah; and many family and friends. All are welcome to join us in a celebration of life on Friday May 31, 2019 from 2-5pm at Kraft-Sussman Funeral and Cremation Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Father Dave Casaleggio will preside over a Catholic Blessing Service at 2:30 PM.
