Jeff, I just can't believe you are gone. I think that is perhaps why it has taken me so long to write this. But then I started to think that by not acknowledging you being gone, I am in a way not honoring the incredible man you were so here I am, finally saying this out loud.
It's interesting because even though we started out as neighbors, we quickly became friends. When I would talk about you to my family and other friends, I no longer said "my neighbor Jeff' but "my friend Jeff." From holidays spent together to watching my daughter's recital for 1 1/2 hours (and she only danced for 2 1/2 minutes!) to supporting my son, you (and Fernando!) are and will always be family.
You are incredibly missed by so many. You made such a difference in so many people's lives. You should be proud although I know how gracious and humble you were and you would just say that you were just being how everyone should be. But that's point: they aren't and you were. You were such a class act. I am grateful for your friendship and miss you.

Jeff was one of the nicest human beings I know. I am blessed to have been able to call him a friend for the last several years. I also always felt so honored that he trusted me and my professional opinions in real estate. I will miss our daily / weekly calls but will never forget the laughs, tears, and friendship! Rest In Peace my friend, see you again in Heaven someday. Luv, Stacey

Well we have been conflicted this week with absolute disbelief, gratitude, and deep, deep sorrow.
My first experience meeting Jeff started with him as a new flight attendant on probation still in Chicago.
We got along instantly. His warmth, laughter and genuine kindness was infectious and I was so happy to be his instant friend.
Moving forward we both happened to end up in the Vegas base through lifes changes and we got to move forward with our friendship.
We are so blessed to know you and Fernando personally my sweet friend.
Your voice, energy, thoughts you shared and just your life itself was always non stop my friend and to feel it all of a sudden just stop is just so hard to digest.
Thank you God that our lives are better having known you and that we never forget your great spirit. Your great you, Jeff.
Good bye........See you a little later........We love you.
Todd and Elnor.
