Obituary of George Edward Cisco Jr.
George Edward Cisco Jr., 80 years of age, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on March 27, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to George Edward Cisco Sr. and Marie Cisco (nee Kaskevic).
George was raised on the east side of Cleveland with his brothers Daniel and Jack Cisco. After high school he proudly enlisted in the US Army in 1959 and was honorably discharged in 1965. He married the love of his life, Louise M. Hatzo on April 29th, 1967.
George loved traveling the United States and Canada as a marketing manager of Buyers Products Co for over three decades. He lived in Chardon, Ohio with wife Louise and son Tony. In 1999 George and Louise retired to the home and city they loved most here in Las Vegas, Nevada.
George truly enjoyed traveling the world. He would spend that time fishing, dancing, and most of all, laughing. He was a man with a big personality. George was the life of the party with an even bigger heart who cared deeply for his friends and family.
He is survived by his beloved wife Louise M. Cisco; His son Anthony J. Cisco; and his brother Dan Cisco. He was preceded in death by his parents George & Marie Cisco, and his brother Jack Cisco.
A service will be held for him at the Southern Nevada Veterans memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive Boulder City, Nevada 89005 on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 10:00 am. A celebration of life will be scheduled for a future date and time.
