Obituary of Donald Martin Schreiber Sr

Donald Martin Schreiber Sr, age 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday, January 9, 2019.  Donald was born December 10, 1934 in Yonkers, NY and graduated Yonkers HS. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He attended and graduated from the Pratt Institute, and spent 40 years in computer industry as a Computer Systems Analyst. He is the son of the late Edwin and the late Ana Rita (Martino) Schreiber. He is survived by his wife: Patricia, who he married on August 29, 1959, two daughters: Susan (Thomas) Theroux of Point Pleasant, NJ and Jennifer (Keven) Mendoza of Las Vegas, NV, and son: Donald (Sandra) Schreiber, Jr. of Weston, CT; Sister Mary Jane (Joseph) Sapienza of Voorheesville, NY; grandchildren Brianna, Alexa (Joseph), TJ, Donny, Michael, Alyssa (Mark), Billy, Erika, Alex, and Tommy; great grandsons Matthew Paul and Owen and great granddaughters Paige Grace, Harper and Owen. He loved baseball cards and horseracing and all sports; he was a Yankee fan. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 14 from 2:00pm - 6:00pm at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV. The funeral will be held 10:40 am on Tuesday, January 15 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer's association.
