Obituary of Charles Merrill Richardson

Charles Merrill Richardson, age 89, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011. Charles was born July 20, 1921 in Reading PA to the late Charles and the late Bessie (Henderson) Richardson. Charles served in the Army during World War II. He was employed by the New York Transit Authority as a Dispatch Supervisor and later as a store manager for Diamonds in Las Vegas. Charles is survived by his wife Joyce Richardson of Las Vegas; son and daughter-in-law Charles Norman and Lennie Richardson of Richmond TX; daughter Toni Richardson of Ossining NY; grandchildren Amber Richardson, Norman Richardson and Ebony Santos; and four great grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 1:20 PM on Wednesday, February 23 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City, NV.
