Obituary of Margaret Ann Burke

Margaret Ann Burke, age 85, a 20 year resident of Las Vegas, died Saturday, July 28. Margaret was born June 28, 1933 in Chicago, IL to the late Dennis and the late Mary) Moriarity. She worked for Sears in Chicago doing clerical work. Margaret loved to sew, and made many of her own outfits, as well as shirts for her husband, Joseph. When she first moved to Las Vegas, she and Joseph were active in the Sun City Irish Club. They are members of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. A visitation will be held from 11:00-11:30 AM, followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 am on Monday, August 6, 2018, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Interment will follow at the Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV.
