Obituary of Teri Sandra Kovac

Teri Sandra Kovac, age 70, of Henderson, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018.  Teri was born July 21, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late David Lloyd and the late Alyce Joy (Haber) Abramowitz.  She married the love of her life, Daniel Edward Kovac, on November 24, 1971 in New York. She graduated with her bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. She was retired from the Trust Company Bank in New Jersey as a bank manager. Teri had a zest for life and a sense of humor her family and friends will not forget. Not only was she a mother, but also a friend to her son, Jason. She had a vibrant personality and was the life of the party. Her family will remember her smile, always having a pleasant attitude. She was a down to earth person and was always fashionable. She is survived by her husband: Daniel Edward Kovac; her son Jason Kovac and his wife Lauren Kovac; two grandchildren Zoe and Noah Kovac; a brother Alan Abramowitz, and a host of close friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 am on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV.
