Obituary of Angelina Walters

Angelina Walters, age 87, of Las Vegas, passed away at home on Sunday, December 17, 2017 surrounded by family. Angelina was born May 31, 1930 in Fort Collins CO to the late Nick and the late Eliza Gonzales. She worked as a secretary in the aerospace field. Angelina enjoyed gardening, sewing and creating photo albums and scrapbooks. She was a lover of pets and enjoyed the love of three cats in her home. Angelina is survived by her husband William Walters; children Don (Carrie) Lambert of Natchez MS, Tracy (Chuck) Fauci of Castaic CA, John (Elvy) Lambert of Valencia CA, and Robert Lambert of Fort Mohave AZ; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and sisters Valerie, Barbara and Jubie. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 20 from 10:30 to 11:00 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1181 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128, followed by a Mass at noon. Interment will immediately follow at Palm Cemetery, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89131. Contributions in Angelina's memory may be made to cancer research.
