Francisco P. Mesa, age 81, of Las Vegas, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012. Francisco was born December 23, 1930 in Sinajana, Guam. He is the son of the late Jose Toves and the late Rosa (Pablo) Mesa. He married Fumi White. He served in the Army and was employed by the Government of Guam as the Deputy Director of the Department of Labor. Francisco is predeceased by siblings Maria Rupley, Jesus Mesa, William Mesa and Lourdes Morandarte. He is survived by his wife: Fumi (White) Mesa; two daughters: Melissa Mae Mesa, Melinda (William) Mae Mesa-Uncangco; and two sons: Agusto (Teresa) Borja, Joseph (Karen) Peter Mesa; eight grandchildren: Timothy Borja, Jeremy Borja, Nathan Mesa, Nichelle Mesa, Marvin Chargualaf Jr., Kenneth Mesa, Madisyn Uncangco, Meyah Uncangco; and brother of two sisters: Julia Perez, Rose Mesa; and one brother: David Mesa. Visitation will be held at 9:30 am on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, NV with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11:30 am. Burial will be at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV on Tuesday, July 3 at 1:20 pm.
