Obituary of Arnold Isaacs

Arnold Isaacs, age 80, a 27 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Monday, March 21, 2011. Arnold was born December 6, 1930 in New York, NY to the late Rubin and the late Beatrice (Meidenburg) Isaacs. Required to help his father in the furrier trade, Arnold left school after 10th grade and went to work as a furrier. He served one year in the Navy. Arnold was a Hall of Fame bowler, bowling an 800 series, a dozen 300 games and too many 299's to count. He is survived by his children Valerie Smith of Littleton CO, Rachelle Lifpitz (Mark) of Highlands Ranch CO and Alan Isaacs (Sheri) of Mission Viejo, CA; grandchildren Brittany Lifpitz, Justin Smith, Brianna Isaacs, Samantha Lifpitz, Carly Isaacs and Shaun Smith; sister Myra Gianetti of Bullhead City AZ; and former wife of 38 years Myra Isaacs of Mission Viejo CA; nieces Robin Meyerson (Charlie) and Karen Isaacs; and nephews Mark Feinman(Linda) Barry Feinman. A graveside service will be held 1:30 pm on Tuesday, April 5 at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Las Vegas, NV.
