Obituary of Harry Edward Leasure

Harry Leasure, 80, of Las Vegas, passed away August 23, 2017. He was born November 5, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY. In 1996, he received the gift of a heart transplant and shortly retired from his company in 1999. He moved to Las Vegas in 2000 after being the VP of Operations of the Shortline Bus Company for over 30 years. Harry was preceded in death by his mother, Francis; his grandmother, Berth Shorter; and his grandfather, Eli Shorter. Harry is survived by his loving wife, Sandy, of 29 years and lifelong best friend, Andy Klein. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Heart Transplant Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Services will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Las Vegas, followed by a graveside service at Palm Eastern Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
