Obituary of Lilibeth Nucasa Andrade

Lilibeth "Beth" N. Andrade July 22, 1971- June 19, 2017 The hardest part in her family and friends' lives, is saying goodbye to someone like Beth, who is the kindest, nicest, most generous and most unselfish human being we have ever known. She was one of kind. She was always putting other's needs ahead of hers. Beth was born in La Union, Philippines on July 22, 1971. She would have celebrated another birthday in about a month's time but instead, the Lord welcomed her home sooner. Beth was married to Ernesto V. Andrade on January 10, 2010 after a long courtship. She leaves a loving husband and adorable daughter, the love and joy of her life- Abigail Joyce. She and Ernesto fondly call her "Jujuy"! Prior to moving to Las Vegas to marry Ernesto, Beth worked in different places abroad but finally settled in Hong Kong. Beth was a well-travelled woman and has seen many places that most people would love to visit. She spoke several languages fluently: Ilokano, Tagalog, English, Arabic and Chinese! Beth loved watching Pinoy and Korean soap operas. She had a passion for cooking and baking native delicacies. She passed on this interest to Jujuy, along with videotapes of her daughter making cupcakes and such. She also shot videos of her daughter making presentations and posted these on FaceBook. She was a topnotch video game player and a huge competitor of Romy, her brother-in-law, in the game of Candy Crush Saga. Beth was smart, funny, self-deprecating. She was very modest, and very simple in her ways. Those who know her knew she didn't have a mean bone in her body. She had a warm heart and an endless well of compassion and understanding. Beth devoted her love, time, and energy to being a loving and caring wife to Ernesto, as well as the adoring and doting mother to Jujuy. She raised and taught Jujuy her school lessons but more importantly, life and behavioral lessons that will help her face the challenges of life as she grows older. Beth fought hard to conquer cancer. She almost succeeded: she was declared cancer-free in October 2014. Even when it returned with a vengeance in April 2017, she refused to back down and believed till the last minute, she will beat it again. But God has better plans and ended her suffering. Beth will be truly and deeply missed. She leaves a huge hole in the hearts and emptiness in the lives of those who loved her and whom she loved. She touched their lives in her most special way! If you would like to say goodbye to Beth one last time, you may visit her from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2017. Liturgical services will follow, after which visitation will resume until 7:00 pm. We kindly request you forego sending her flowers. Her family would appreciate it if you can substitute them for donations, condolences, sympathies, mass or other cards of intentions to her husband, Ernesto V. Andrade, care of Kraft and Sussman Funeral Services. You may contact relatives at (213) 949-4983 or (562) 652-8578 or (562) 329-7770 or (562) 329-7771
