Obituary of Lynne Susan Kaplan

Lynne Susan Kaplan, age 68, of Las Vegas, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017. Lynne was born October 10, 1948 in Brooklyn NY to the late Isidore and the late Minna Kaplan. Her father and brother died when Lynne was a young girl. Lynne had strong Jewish principles, was a devoted daughter to her mother and a lover of children. She taught middle school in New York for many years. Lynne enjoyed playing bridge and was a member of Brandeis Women. She could walk into a room knowing no one and leave with many friends. Lynne moved to Las Vegas, without any acquaintances and is leaving behind many good friends. She is survived by her many friends, including long-time friends from her teaching days Linda and Gary Weitz of New Jersey. A burial will be in the New Montefiore Cemetery, Farmingdale New York. .
